At Accessorize Your Life, your satisfaction is our priority. Please read our refund policy carefully.
No Physical Returns Required Due to the nature of our fulfillment process, we do not require customers to return items. If you have an issue with your order, you get to keep the item while we work to make it right.
What We Cover We offer refunds or replacements for the following situations:
- Damaged items — If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 30 days of delivery with photo or video evidence clearly showing the damage and its impact on functionality.
- Wrong items — If you received the incorrect item, size, or color, contact us with a photo of the item received, the original packaging, and the shipping label.
- Missing items — If part of your order is missing, provide photo evidence within the applicable timeframe.
- Non-delivery — If your order shows no tracking movement or remains undelivered beyond 45 days (U.S.) or 60 days (international), contact us and we will investigate.
What We Don't Cover
- Orders where tracking confirms successful delivery (a carrier non-delivery certificate is required if you did not receive a "delivered" package)
- Damaged packaging where the product itself is intact and functioning
- Orders older than 90 days
- Change-of-mind returns
Order Cancellations Orders can be canceled for a full refund if requested before processing or shipment. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Refund Processing Once your claim is validated, refunds are initiated within 24 hours and typically appear in your account within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Special Circumstances In rare cases, we may consider refund requests outside of our standard policy (for example, orders seized by customs). These are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, require supporting documentation, and are not guaranteed.
